Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are saved on your device (computer, smartphone, or tablet) when you visit websites. They are widely used to make websites work or to improve their efficiency, as well as to provide information to website owners.

2. Cookies We Use

TapTup uses the following types of cookies:

Strictly Necessary

Always active

These files are required for the platform to function. Without them, core features — login, navigation, and data protection — will not work. They cannot be disabled.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some platform features may use third-party service cookies:

  • Map services — for displaying the map when choosing an address.
  • Payment systems — for processing transactions.
  • Analytics services — for collecting aggregated statistics on platform usage.

Use of third-party cookies is governed by their own privacy policies. TapTup does not control these files.

4. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookie settings in several ways:

  • Via your browser: most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. See your browser's help for instructions.
  • Via platform settings: in the "Settings → Privacy" section you can disable optional cookie categories.

Note: disabling strictly necessary cookies may impair platform functionality — in particular, login and operations will become unavailable.

5. Local Storage (localStorage / sessionStorage)

In addition to cookies, TapTup uses browser local storage technologies (localStorage and sessionStorage) to save temporary data — such as interface state or message drafts. This data is stored only on your device and is not automatically transmitted to our servers.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy due to changes in our practices or legislation. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document. For material changes, we will notify you through the platform.
