Terms of Service

Welcome to the TapTup platform. By using our website or mobile application, you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

TapTup reserves the right to amend these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

TapTup is an online platform that connects clients who need services with professional providers. The platform provides tools for posting orders, submitting offers, communication, and completing transactions. TapTup is not a party to the transaction between client and provider and is not responsible for the quality of services rendered.

To use most platform features, registration is required. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself.
• Keep your account information current.
• Keep your password confidential and not share account access with third parties.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

Registration is prohibited for persons under 18. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed.

Clients posting orders on the platform agree to:

• Post only accurate and real orders for genuine services.
• Not post illegal, offensive, or misleading listings.
• Respond promptly to provider offers and conduct business communication within the platform.
• Make payments according to agreed terms.
• Leave honest and objective reviews.

Providers offering services on the platform agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Fulfill commitments within the timeline and terms agreed with the client.
• Not quote deliberately low prices to win an order and later increase costs.
• Hold all required licenses and permits for the services offered.
• Behave professionally and respectfully toward clients.

TapTup charges a commission on transactions made through the platform. Current commission rates are listed in the Pricing section. Providers may also purchase paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Premium) for additional features.

All payments are made in Azerbaijani manat (AZN). TapTup is not responsible for failures of third-party payment systems.

When using the platform, the following are prohibited:

• Bypassing the platform's payment system and agreeing on payment directly outside of TapTup.
• Posting spam, phishing materials, or malicious content.
• Using the platform for illegal activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
• Manipulating the rating and review system.
• Posting content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

In the event of a dispute between a client and a provider, the parties should first attempt to resolve it independently through the built-in platform chat. If no agreement is reached, either party may contact TapTup support for mediation.

TapTup may block an account or restrict platform access in the event of a violation of these Terms.

TapTup provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. TapTup is not liable for losses arising from a provider's inadequate performance, third-party actions, or technical failures beyond the company's reasonable control.

All rights to the TapTup logo, design, code, and platform content belong to the company. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform materials without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. All disputes related to use of the platform shall be resolved in courts at the location of TapTup.
